Malta fifth best country in world and the most attractive in the EU 
 
Prime Minister Lawrence Gonzi said that Forbes has described Malta as the most attractive in the EU to invest in and the fifth best country in the world.

Speaking during 1 of the 3 workshops of the Nationalist Party’s general council, Dr Gonzi said that factories have invested eur 350 million in the past 12 months to create more jobs for the people.

On its part, the Malta Enterprise doubled its assistance to Maltese enterprises. The Prime Minister made reference to the Vision 2015 and he said that this has to become the people’s vision. Dr Gonzi said that the employment will progress only if the education sector is strengthened.

“Our vision is to keep education free and available to all”, he said.
